I have recently have been in front of a very stressed group. Listening to the group and try methods to calm everyone down, learning from this course: out line what they will cover that day, on the white board.
Outstanding course CEE thank you! Stand true you have too love what you do. If you dont, it will show right though, now no matter what setting your in. Did not not realize I had to know what Love is, now I what to learn more.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals.
