When thinking about the importance of compliance and the need for a compliant culture, we must also consider the example we are setting for our students. Most of the programs we offer are subject to compliance in their professional fields. If you are misleading students or not conducting ourselves in the same professional accord, we are essentially training the students to believe that such behavior is acceptable. We must be a professional united front and maintain compliance at all times.
