Over prepare for class, if you make mistakess do not dwell on the mistake, learn from it and move on.

 I learned about the different type of student behaviors and how to deal with them accordingly

how to deal with different student personality types with different strategies.

Be available to the students and be a role model of success

Making sure you develop good lesson plans that incorporate different learning styles in short 10-15 min increments is essential.

To ask each students name and to find out about them to determine the way i will teach the class

It is important to be prepared as much as possible.  This shows students you are invested in your role and their success
