The importance of accurately giving information, and that if a mistake is made its important to address it and get it corrected. Its important to understand the policies. 

I learned how important it is to be very accurate, clear and responsible when explaining things to students. There are very detailed rules and regulates that need to be followed to ensure the correct information is being shared. 

This module taught me the the importance of following the regulations and rules when explaininh the transfer of credits, refund period and discussion finanical aid or financial assistance. There are reprecussions that are put in place to ensure accurate information is being given to student. 

This module stressed the improtance of being knowledgeable and accurate when it come to the rules and regulations for enrolling students. Its important that the student undertands what is being said, and that when explainng the agent is using the correct verbage. 

Its refreshing to see the standards that we are being held to as a whole organization. My understading of this module is the importance of being honest, kind, transparent and accountable.
