I learned that it is very important for students to learn technology to help them become hirable when they begin searching for their jobs.

Learning to work with others to accomplish goals creates teamwork skills, promotes communications, creativity and listening skills.

Verbal and written communication is extremely important for students to feel comfortable to challenge themselves doing both.  Implementing these skills on an almost daily process can be very helpful to their success.

Critical thinking is extremely important for students to learn and carry those skills on to the workforce.  I like the silent poster and build silent poster board - conversation idea for my quieter students.
