It is important to be compliant with the rules and regulations.

As the Director of the Institution , I have learned that it is extremely important to be updated with  the rules and regulations of the florida department of Education.

 I enjoyed the course also. There is a lot of information . The Content is informative and educative.

I agree. When you are not up to date with school's offerings. The prospective student would be in doubt.

When a prospective student asks a question and you don't know the answer instead of saying I am not sure or I don't know it is better to tell him  I will get the correct information to you.

Whatever is posted on social media should be verifiable because it can has bad impact on the institution.

The rules and regulations are great tools to follow in order to have a successful institution.

Prospective students can also gather information about the institution through the catalog prior to  a face to face meeting.

Knowledge about the programs offered as well as communication are extremely important.
