So far what nI'm reading my campus is doing this for your students.

This whole course was very informative and I learn a lot about myself as well as my students. I will definitely take what I have learned and incorporate it in my teaching.

I am a demonstrator because I like for my students to have the full picture as to what is being discuss and to apply it to their imaginations

I learned what colors I am and they really fit me.

Knowing the difernt Hippocrates and Jung has helped put things in perspective to what Hippocrates I am and this will let me apply these facts to my teaching skills and be aware of my own personality trails.

It is very important to treat people as humans and not by their cultural or means of streotyping.

I have leaned a lot about Adaptive learning, which is new to me. I would love to try this out in my class.

This is a very inadept educational tool for the instructors and the students, due to all the variables this program entails. If all institutes of higher learning could come up with the right format to invite Adaptive learning into their curriculum, would it still be a beneficial learning tool for the students or the teachers? Teachers feel they will be replaced with this technology and there are still a lot of students that do not understand what they need to do, if a teacher is not present. This course have been very enlightning and I will definitely use thers strategies to enhance my teaching skills.

I have never heard of Asynchronous or Synchronous. This was a great learning experience for me and I incorporate this in my teaching.
