I just completed the online Admissions Compliance Training. I know what I learned will benefit me throughout the rest of my onboarding journey! One must first understand the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth. That way, one can always remain complient. Staying compliant transfers directly into ethics and integrity. Always doing the right thing, even when no one is looking! I like to think of it as a domino effect; proper training leads to working within compliance, being compliant allows you to have proper work ethic and do everything with integrity.
