I had heard but did not realize that the majority of school nurse visits made by students are due to underlying stress.  That really is sad.

I love this course so far.  I've learned in this module that checking emails frequently is a time stealer.  I need to stop doing that to avoid all of these interruptions to the task at hand, which creates more stress.

I love the very first reminder that others are not in control of our time.  I am in control of my own time.

I never thought about the fact that student personalities are just as varied online as they are in face-to-face settings.  This basic information is very helpful!

Course content and online skills are both important in the virtual learning world.

It was very helpful to learn the difference between synchronous and asynchronous discussion and how to best help virtual students.
