Comment on Sandra Byrnes's post: I agree, using games can identify weak students early on, showing areas needed for improvement.

Comment on Ebony Lovingood's post: that is what I was wondering also: a game development is daunting, but asking questions like what  goals to be acheived, and would this increase retention? more engagement?

Comment on Ebony Lovingood's post: I never really thought of bonding in the game.........gives me something to ponder on

Comment on Chanel Zelaya's post:  I wish I knew more about the implementation of games tied to student learning objectives

switching every 20 minutes from a video clip , to the book, to the white board to draw a picture

Comment on Regina Bush's post: I have been practiticing nursing for 40 years, I still work full time as a nurse and full time as a teacher......being current helps me relay theoretical knowledge for nclex and exit exams in a real world way, I also love including the errors I have made in my career of over 40 years so they can learn from my mistakes. I am 62 years of age and still work two full time jobs and love it!!!

I believe one element we may forget as we teach adults, as they are accomplished, established, working parents, wives, husbands, family members, employees/employers: they are juggling 101 elements to achieve this degree: always encourage them always let them know they are doing well and it will all be worth it in the end!!!!

I really like the dots, I am going to try that one!!!

I love the idea "what is wrong with this picture" I will try this in tonights online class for my nursing students!!!
