In this module, I learned to build relationships with other departments and to become familiar with their program offerings. 

This module helped me understand that advertisements based on personal experience are more powerful than just talking about something you don't know. One needs to have first-hand experience to be able to answer all the questions of a prospective student. 

From this module I learned how to stay organized and remain current with all the rules and regulations.

I am grateful for these modules. This will be my first position as an admission representative, and this course will give me the much-needed tools to succeed. I learned the importance of becoming familiar with the rules and regulations to comply with the Commission for Independent Education and the other regulatory Body.
