I really like that idea Gilbert.  I may steal it. :))  Many students have a lot of various work experiences and are switching to the medical field.  Last quarter it was hard to get them to understand that the field has been going to all black pens for documentation that isn't computerized.  I expected them to use them on all documentation that was handed in as my focus on the career expectations.  Some argued that in their former jobs much work is done in pencil.  I don't want them to have a rude awakening in their new profession if something… >>>
