Activity

In a traditional classroom setting, learners benefit from immediate verbal feedback as well as non-verbal feedback in the form of body language such as smiles, nods, confused looks, frowns, etc. The absence of these types of feedback in an e-learning environment makes feedback particularly crucial in this setting.

The one-on-one relationships that you have with your students, and the trust, respect, and consideration that you show towards them during every instructional session comprise the core of an energized classroom -- one geared toward promoting an enriched, meaningful, and dynamic learning experience.

Norm referenced assessments are used to compare student's understanding.

Summative assessment is an assessment performed at a particular point in time.
