I think some pieces were missing from this training via the modules. I learned from what was available. Thank you. 

I am learning that a leader can be anyone but a manager is typically someone in a hired role. Leaders have a certain characteristic not a job title. 

I tend to lead with a democratic style. I like to hear other opinions of coworkers before making a final decision to follow. 

One method to assist with student attrition is to send an email reminding the student of their goals in education. 

Online instructors can provide feedback to a student through an email. The email should be worded to promote participation and motivation. 

Online instructors should create a biography at the onset of class. The biograhy should include credentials, experience, and a hobby. 

Online instructors must know the CMS and how to navigate through all aspects. Instructors should know how to assist the student when they have issues from the online learners view point.
