During my many years of teaching, technology has helped me tremendously! While not every test or activity allows for scantron answer sheets, many do and I make every effort to use a break to grade those tests/activities and give the students the instant feedback they desire. In addition, grades can be posted immediately so students can access and assess their overall progress, while "forcing" me to remain organized and get my work done efficiently, too.
