Building a positive relationship from the start is vital, and fostering a good attitude is key to making it successful. At our school, we highly value a positive attitude, as it serves as the cornerstone for achievement and teamwork.

Working as a team creates support among staff. Others working together for the common goal of the establishment and to forward students learning will create better leaders in the future. 

Allow the students to feel seen and keep honesty throughout the entire learning process. Students that feel seen and heard are bound to build healthy habits and a future goal.

It's important to provide students exceptional teaching so they may learn the material well and apply it in the real world.
