Some students still feel that the instructors are going to still teach all the material, when all of the teaching is done on line. It takes a while for them to adapt.
An activity that our school has just started that has had great success is putting a podium in the student common area where different representatives from different administration deptment stay and answer students question during their breaks. It has opened a informal line of communication for our students to address issues or just have simple questions answered without having to make appointments.

Performance Groups
Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
