Very interesting this chapter.  I learned that all start in the front desk.  Never assume about the students.  The communication skill are one way to continue growing like AR.  The Experts on their lives are the students.

An Excellent comunication, Voice, Body languaje is the way to project confindence, security with the Leads

The way we use to communicate is very crucial. Effective communication avoids insecure professionals

The Social Media is a big way for Ad but we must to do the promotion following the rules and guidelines established.  Other thing a Representative must be ethic, has integrity and knows every detail of the process of the institution.

All Departments must know the guidelines established by the Federal Department of education.  The integrity and ethic are essential part in the Enrollment process.  Admission is the main way to give the better orientation to the Lead so this is one professional in development.

The importance of transparent advertising.  Admission Department has an active participation and responsability.  Must be very clear with the process and the compliant with the rules.

Identify in a clearer way each one of the terms which allows us to avoid mistakes within our processes. Let each area or department know how their actions influence the admissions process

I have learned the description of each department. The process that I must take into account in cases of credit or transfer. Differences between Licensing and Accreditation. I begin to apply it by reviewing and updating them informatively

I have learned the importance of class participation for the successful explanation of each program. Understand the strategic marketing of the institution to understand which is the one that gives the greatest strength to it.

I learned the importance of having a check list before the interview. How to do paperwork and its importance and to be clear and precise with the information to be provided to the lead.
