If there is a negetive post, don't repond quickly.  Wait a little then respond. 

Self reflection is always good.

Setting up clear guidelines when it comes to time managment is key.  

It helps setting up office hours so you're not constantly spending time responding to emails. 

Rubrics are great when providing feedback to students.  

All students communicate different.  There should be a variety of communication tools assessible to the students within the course.  This will enable all students to have a voice.

Follow rules and procedures to moderate the online community to ensure that learning is being achieved.  

Using a variety of communicatiions tools when communicating with students is beneficial. 

Making sure that there is constant feedback anf analyze of the course.  

Reviewing the course and feedback to better the course for the students.
