Not really sure how everyone engages with their students but  I like teaching in different styles, visual and auditory .

Confidence is key 

Do the lecture a discussion get the students involved . Make the class more active .

Personally, I like the 3 m's Model, Manage and Motivation ...... in my classroom I want to model professionalism, and be able to manage my students and motivate them to always to their best !!!

Syllabus is very handy and is the foundation of knowledge for students. It a tool that helps guide them through out the semester. 

Warmness helps when a person may feel alienated. When you open sometimes other will open up too. 

There are different learning style for different  people be open to opinons and change in people. 

Engaging with you students is always a plus... I learned from this module to initiate  ice breakers so the instructor  and students are comfortable. 

Follow instructions, take notes and review for quizzes :)
