What I've learned from this module is the importance of professionalism, especially in the classroom. This includes being a role model for students such as setting an example and following my own expectations. I should also remains knowledgeable while also being respectful, and finally being a good support for the students. I want students to understand that they can come to me with any and all issues without the fear of being judged.
