 I agree that clinical can have a scarey  componet for students because of it's unknown factors.   As clincal instructors  supporting the students makes it enjoyable to see them experience new procedures or therapies. I found this blog to be very insightly on how much time and overseeing a clicnal practitioner and clincal director have to do.

I agree on your comment with students and group work.  It gives students the oppurtunity to be relatable and understand their own strengths and weaknesses.  It also enhances their communication skills by describing their new skills or past learned skills.
