Learned the importance of knowing about the departments in our institution 

It explains different strategies of marketing and how decisions made by this department depends on budget. Also that is important to network with people you work with.

The information has been helpful since its part of my daily task to evaluate de enrollment agreement. Also to be aware of the policies and procedures that we should have access to and last but no least how to have a excellent communication skills with a prospective student when interviewing them. 

As an Enrollment officer its important to know the rules and apply them when we are speaking to a prospective student or an active student. I'm looking forward to keep learning.
