Communication and collaboration should always be included in rubrics.

I have learned the pros and cons to teaching different age groups as well as adjustments I will have to make to said age groups while teaching.

I have learned that I can continue taking participation points in my online classroom, but using a different rubric as outlined in the text.

It was helpful to know the difference between communication tools and the various uses of each.  The suggestion to give students "ground rules" for communication software is also helpful.
