I have learned different ways on how to leave messages. Learn to switch it up and to bring your personality out. 

Rejection can be a bit overwhelming. This training gave a better insight on how to handle it. 

Place a mirror in front of you, make sure your dressed professionally and not leaning back in the chair with your feet up. Being in this position will dilute the confidence of the phone call. Make sure your environment is free of distraction so that the student gets your undivided attention.

Always remember that everyone is different. Make sure to use the Proper P's when engaging over the phone. Being present and a active listener.
