I learned about complying with the accreditation standards and the specific requirements that apply to prospective students.

This section states the importance of reading the catalog to find pertinent information about the school's program offerings, instructors' qualifications, financial information, program cost, accreditation, eligibility for federal aid, etc

I learned about the non-discrimination policies and about the clear and transparent admissions process and required documents for the pertinent institution. In addition, I understand the importance of establishing and applying consistent admissions criteria to evaluate the applicants and the disclosure of the admissions  policies and procedures.

As part of the trainin process for admissions reps, can we role play and use case studies for training purposes?

I learned that is important to educate the staff on legal and ethical matters in admissions, including regulations, state laws, confidentiality, and anti-discrimination regulations while engaging in continuous professional development (webminars, workshops, conferences, etc)
