I like the idea of cueing and preparing students ahead of time so that they know when you will call on them in class. 

I was interested in how most workplace setting will not provide modifications for their employees and it made me think about what can be done to better help these learners as they transition from school to work. 

I am looking forward to reading about how teachers can help students who have these learning disabilities.  

I have always been fascinated by how people learn to read and this section really helped me understand more. 

I have always relied on learning preferences to help understand how all of the students in my classes learn best.  It is a very useful tool. 

Allowing a student to access their Mother Tongue to help in their learning is so important! 

It is important to recognize the culture of all students in your classes.  

Making assumptions about gender can really harm the educational process. 

I want my students to know that I care about them and that I am there to help all of them succeed.
