I believe it is crucial to add technology into teaching as this is what most students have stated in their surverys. I do find it easier that when I do, students engagement in class or on zoom increases.

I have learned so much more online platforms that I can start incorporating into my classroom.

Google docs. is a great platform for students to access their group work as they can edit and add anything needed for their project presentations. So many apps and other web-sharing applications are needed to be put into use so that students are constantly engaged in the classroom and online.

Implementing technology is a great way to help student's learn by engaging them into the subject matter.

Using and/or increasing technology in the classroom can help with student's engagement in the subject matter.

Helping students know the steps in writing and following each step will keep their thoughts organized, which will lead them into being able to write them out on paper. Peer-to-peer editing/revision and teacher-student editing/revision is important so that the students can improve better on their writing.

Critical thinking skills are important in nursing and students have to learn to navigate in the critical thinking process and apply it.

Developing and following a checklist would be beneficial for organization and planning for the day as it pertains to the syllabus.

Lead by example, have an individual plan developed in the role as an instructor and leader in the classroom for your students, and don't try to prove to your students that you are smart because humility is important and you want the learning environment for your students to be open where they are engaged and are able to share their ideas, opinions, etc.
