I was surprised to find that the millennial start in 1977- I thought it started in the mid 80s

I mostly struggle with s2i incivility than s2s

It's always hard for me to keep formative and summative straight... formative- form- develop over time so it is done in the moment. Summative- summary- concluding at the end.

I have to find ways to be creative in utilizing a lot of the development and engagement tools since our college is one of many campuses and the courses are all standardized.

I think facilitating discussion boards and having students reap the benefits of the medium the hardest.

I like synchronous learning for in person courses and asynchronous learning for online courses.

This may sound dumb- but I didn't realize that a TMS was blackboard, moodle, canvas, D2L, etc. I know what they all are, I had just never heard of them referred as TMS. So that was the biggest thing I learned in this module.
