It is imperitive that a school is transparent with their students or they could face some serious backlash. Always refer to the course catalog and never give false promises to a potential student as it tarnishes the schools reputation to the public as well as their active student body.

It was a great refresher in Federal Regulations in Post Secondary school systems and why transperancy is important to maintain. It was also interesting to me that NC-SARA is not utilized in the state of CA. Another point that I never realized was the high dollar amount in fines per incident regarding student contacting and DNCL.
