I agree, and i know that there are some area's that I can improve in also. I am especially going to work on using several different teaching styles and limiting the amount of time i spend lecturing.

As a massage therapy instructor I have to disagree. I feel that there are alot of things you simply cannot learn without hands on activities and face to face instruction.
