COVID=19 impact 

There are so may issues that permeate the world of online learning, but there are always different ways to navigate this form of learning. The fact is that online instructors have to deal with motivating and directing students to achieve the course objectives. Knowing. how to deal effectively with different types of online students is so very important!

I have learned the importance of asynchronous techniques when dealing with online students, and the fact is that most online sessions are done using those guidelines. Also, it is important to understand when to use synchronous methods as well, and the necessity for constructive feedback. 

I have taught online for a number of years, and it is imperative that students know that you are qualified to teach the course. The biographical information is also key; especially, when both the teacher and the student know anough about each other to make communication more effective.

I have learned that an oonline instructor must be very familiar with the CMS, the necessity for technical support, and that each instructor teaches differently.  I have also learned that comminication of the course requirements for garding, etc.. must be clear.
