Use appropriate tools to deliver instructions and support students.

No hinder the communication process and select the appropriate tools. There's a need to assess each tool and determine its appropriateness to the purpose that I want to use it for.

It is important not to overwhelm students with information and choose relevant ones to share.

I will evaluate student assignments to address communication and content delivery issues.

The delivery method matters and the course must be organized.

I learned to use the right tool appropriate to the content that should be delivered.

Course revision takes the inputs of many stakeholders not only students. Teachers/instructors can provide expertise in revision as closer to the industry.

I have used rubric to provied justification for grade and feedback. I am not sure if the two must be separated. This is also supported with other forms of feedback at the same time. I will use visual and audio feedback more often.

It is important for everything to be aligned and instruction clear to ensure student understanding. Instructors must share what they expect from students in term of communication.

I learned that consistancy is the key to learning when applied to modules. All modules must have similar layout to avoid confusion and maximize learning.
