Trauma can manifest in many ways. I need to be prepared for this. Once it manifests, I need to address it.

I learned trauma is real and must be recognized. Once recognized I must take action.

Trama must be recognized and addressed.

There are many factors that influence learning.

It's important for a new teacher to understand the audience they are dealing with. Technology is one of those items. 

There must be some flexibility in instruction to allow for all types of learning.

Curriculum must align with standards. Planning curriculum is important.

A unit of study should have quality formative and summative assessments.

Curriculum needs to be relevant to the industry credentials.
