I absolutely agree. This was a great refresher. The information is so important that it is essential we stay on top of all the changes in regulations.

I strongly agree with the bullet point addressing a supportive environment. I find that providing support to my faculty on a daily basis is one of the most important aspects of my position. It is also important for employees to have a clear understanding of the vision of not only the organization but their department as well.

I agree that communication is an important part of stress management at work. Managing feelings of frustration or anger can positively impact the way in which we communicate with students or co-workers. The ability to relax and display an aura of calmness will not only help you, but help others around you.
