there are plenty of online learning platforms that can increase the classroom culture outside of the classroom and still have great student engagement.

There are many different websites and cloud based softwares that can enhance the learning for the student and also enhance the teaching for the instructor. Utilizing all or some of the mentioned tools is recommended.

Sometimes, it is more beneficial to analyze the process of how you got the final answer to solve the problem than the actual answer itself.

Reflecting either by yourself or with the instructor(s) is very important to do.

confidence is needed to become a great critial thinker. As your expeirence and confidence grow over time, your critial thinking skills will naturally increase as well.

Strong critical thinking skills are developed over time and are based off of experience. Critical thinking can't really be taught by an instructor, it has to be experienced by the indivual for it to be truly learned.

Extrinsic vs. Intrinsic motivators; both are very prominent, both may be used, but intrinsic motivation is what we want, as we want the students internally be engaged and wanting to continue to learn, retain information and grow!

Giving students some choice has many benefits to it for their motivation and providing support so they feel more confident and able, will yield better course results from the individuals as well as the class as a whole.

There will always be barries to delivering course content. Continued gowing and gaining experience will provide more knowledge to be prepared if/when these barriers occur and how to react to them, and sometimes even be proactive to prevent them from happening in the first place.

The more active learning provided in course content, the greater the results the students will retain the information and actually learn the content, and be able to apply it for the future opportunities.
