I learned the importance of being up to date with rules and regualtions of governing bodys, as well as knowing all there is to know about your instituion, and to maintain a complete resources notebook with a complete check list of everything that is required to be compliant with your job resposibilities. 

One example of Misrepresentation is FRADULENT MISREPRESENTATION. 

Substatnial Misrepresetation is any misrepresentation made to a person whom is expected to relay on the information, wheter is finacial charges, employability possibilities or the nature of a program. 

I have learned that it is important not only to know everything about the Instution you work for, as well as to know the rules and regulations set forth by State. Knowing the definintion of words and terms used, will be helpull in the Admission process, to understand the prospective students needs and he/she expect in his/her career.
