Applying what I learned from my training will enable me to be more in compliance with rules and regulations of my Institution. It will also help me to understand and be more sensitive to my students needs much better. Being more knowledgeable about my Institution requires knowing what each Department offers and how this impacts on Students. As a result of this course, I will definitely perform at a much higher level because of much more understanding of rules and regulations.
