It's always good have back up.  CDC.gov, hhs.gov (HIPAA), OSHA.gov etc.  

It's also helpful to share with other instructors.  I keep my lesson plans generic to allow for tweaking purposes to go with the change of learners each module. 

Lesson plans helps me to keep on task and cover all material that was designed for each course.  I sleep at night and forget many things. With out a lesson plan, I know I would overlook something which would be unfortunate for the student.

Clear roles and responsibiities not only for students but for instructors as well are key.

Teach to different learning styles and change things up, don't be the same every day.

The 10, 20, 30 rule

I learned that I need to focus not only on my personality but how other's perceive my personality in my teachings.

I feel that I am more of a leader.  However, I also manage most of the time.  But still a stronger leader than a manager.

I witness alot of truth from the information recieved within my classroom.

Gamification sure puts a twist in a classroom for sure. I am ready to create Boss Battles.   Seems difficult to apply to a medical skills class but I accept the challenge!
