in the classroom seatting it is always best to lead by example,. that way students become more aware of real life scenarios 

Be supportive and positive responses, explanation on a clear way, and  allow an adult student to exspess their concerns about the course their taking. 

being able to use different techonologies avaliabel to the instructor and the student would be very beneficial the the learning experiece of different styles

able to assist in the different learning styles of our different age students

i am able to understand the different learning styles of each generation as how different avaliable  technology was for each generation

Gamification is a new concept for me. I think it will motivate student to do better and want to use their techinical skills more. I would make the students be more engaged and want to succed. a new way of helping students be more creative
