I have over 2 decades of trade experience, starting from Formal Education and due to medical reasons find myself instructing in a class room setting. Reading all this info can truly be overwhelming to say the least starting this new path. So that being said, Like everything else I do I want to do this correctly and would appreciate any other literature, websites or programs that would assist me in starting this part of my career. Thanks ahead of time and for now I will be researching through these threads.
