I am new to teaching at a college level. I love it, but most of my students are adults, and I do understand that things come up and assignment get missed or late. I have noticed that the older the student, the more serious they seem to take the class (of course this is not a bad mark on younger students, just a trend I have noticed). Seems like the younger students are the ones who try to get out of things with excuses, where as adults who have been in the work force seem to understand that things don't… >>>
