best ways to deal with conflict between students

I have a very small class of just 7 students. 4 of the students do not get along well with each other. It is my opinion that their personalities are just a little different. I would like to know what I can do as their teacher to encourage better relations in the classroom. There have been physical fights that have broken out, and this leaves me very discouraged as an instructor.

An Eye Opener and Refresher at the Same Time

This couse gave me some new ideas for keeping myself and my students motivated. It was also helpful on how to deal with students who cause distractions by talking too much, contributing too much to the lesson.
