This course was very informative and helpful! I love being able to address soft skills with my new students to get their thoughts flowing and see what their understanding is about soft skills early in the college experience. I find that soft skills is not explained or discuss in great detail on the high school level.
I agree this was very informative and I was able to see the big picture. I think the examples used were very good and simple to replicate.
