I have learned from this module that EQ is so much more important than IQ. Soft skills are so important in the workforce and especially in the classroom. 

I have learned that soft skills are much more crucial than hard skills.

As an instructor and sometimes a student, I believe that the Muddiest/Clearest Point technique would benefit me the most. 

Prior to taking this online course, I was not very familier with the rubric process for grading and also other assessments. This will be very helpful in the classroom, and also when in the lab.

After reviewing this section, I have learned a lot about Fink's Taxonomy. This will be very useful when it comes time to assess the students.

An assessment is a process that both the student and the instructor can use. It is used to track the student's progress in addition to accountability and improvement.

In todays society, everyone is so rushed and having to meet deadlines. People need to wind down at the end of the day like this section discussed. Getting away from social media even for a few hours will help people to relax.

This section has taught we that must differentiate between our personal and professional life when it comes to stress. 

Getting organized and staying organized is very important. Really do need to change the way that I read and or respond to emails.

It is very important to prioritize your tasks and and look at your lists daily then follow up with each of your tasks. Time management is definately something that I can improve on.
