Overall, this module was informative and will be useful in the classroom. 

It's funny because I have never thought so deeply about the art of asking questions. Is this topic more suitable for closed questions, or open ended ones? Great module.

One area I can work on to improve is getting better at remembering student names. It is important to the student that we can identify each student. 

Cheating and plagiarism are two common things. Students will typically cheat when given the opportunity. It is imperative instructors are observant and dilligent in order for prevention. 

I have had my fair share of students that fall asleep during lecture, and or do not pay attention. Yes, they could be missing out on sleep at home; however, I have had one-on-one talk with those students letting them know it is unacceptable behavior. When I notice a student is falling asleep or disengaged, I will walk by them and call on their name to answer a question. In addition, I have a student that is very immature and needs constant redirection. I have found it challenging, but I have managed to help him focus by using various teaching… >>>

This course is great for new instructors. There is some great general knowledge that is necessary in order to be successful in teaching. For example, information is given on the syllabus, late assignments, and ways to captivate students. I will continue to utilize these throughout my teaching career.
