I enjoyed the course. There is much information given within 4 modules. I agree, I enjoyed the format. It is necessary to always have training so that you are aware of what rules/guidelines apply to your job. With the increased awareness on providing students with accurate and pertinent information I think this course is necessary. Hoepfully, this will educate all agents on how to properly provide students with pertinent information about your school.
