I have learned alot of useful information about Title IX Act, Cleary Act and Violance Again Women Act, I actually submitted in the past the Clary Act however I noticed alot of updates that were inroduced recently. It in imperetaive to be knowledagbe of those reports to be able to support the campus, staff, faculty and students.

I have that there are other Acts that may  needs be applied even though the institution comply with FERPA regulations.

Employees should not use thier previlage to view thier own records example if they were students, instead they should go through the proper channels.

Institutions policies and procedures need to be cleared when dealing with students records, another important fact that I learned when an auditing agency check students file, there needs to be a note of that.

I leaned alot  of details about FERBA, it is very important to be careful when handling students records.
