I like to evaluate my class in the beginning to determine the learning styles.  I ask my students for feedback after material has been presented.  I use this feedback to generate the proper testing format.

I just completed the training and thought it was great.  I'm looking forward to using multiple media techniques with my new class. As a new instructor I am always looking for new & unique ways to present material to students.
