I have learned that I am more of an Authoritative teacher and that I need to include many other styles of teacher to be a sucess in the classroom, whether online or face to face. 

It is important to gather data from many areas to ensure you can identify what worked well and what need revision.  Identifying how to gather this information and interpreting what it is telling you, will be important for the success of your class.  

Rubrics will help the students understand what they are expected to produce.  It also will help the teacher ensure that assignment are being graded consistently.  If there is a gap in the grading, I find that I am trying to remember how many points I gave each part of the assignment.  I think rubrics are going to be very important in my classes in the future. 

Going from the classroom to online is going to be different for all of us.  Making sure my resources are easy to access and make available to the students.  It will be important to break the lessons into smaller chuncks, since I will not be able to see when the students are starting to get distracted or confused by the material.
